Who is invited?
All OSLS families and friends. This is an adults only event.
What should I wear?
Our theme for this year's event is Havana Nights. So think, Old Havana, cocktail attire with bright, fun colors.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased right here through our website, in the front office at the school, or through our auction platform QTEGO.
If you do purchase your tickets in person, please make sure we receive your name and information so that you can be registered for entrance into the event.
Do teachers need to pay for tickets?
Teachers and OSLS staff do NOT need to purchase tickets for themselves. If you are bringing a guest, you will need to purchase a ticket for them.
How can I donate?
All donations, monetary or in-kind, big or small, make a great impact. You can follow the links to donate or sponsor, fill out the form attached, or reach out to our Auction Chair - Michelle Lenhart. Thank you in advance for making this event such a success. You generosity is invaluable.
How can I help?
All hands on deck! If you are willing and able to help with the execution of this event in any way, please reach out to our Gala Lead, Morgan Ellis. We are in need of helping hands with set-up and other day-of tasks. All willing and able hands are welcome!
How can I bid for auction items
This year, we are using a platform called QTEGO. This platform is user-friendly and has helped us streamline the auction process. Discover all the auction items available on our event page and bid directly there. If you purchase tickets through the platform, this will help pre-register you for the event and save you time later.
